Chest me bhi main ye hi 1 point ka dhyan rakhna hai: Bench press, chest press, pec flies vagera karte waqt bottom 20% range of motion pe focus rakhna or chest ko achha sa stretch dena..

Koi kahta hai preacher curl me full extension kroge to biceps muscle tear hojayega aur injury hojayegi....to full extension nahi karna chahiye...aur koi kahta hai ki full extension kr a chahiye😢 har koi alag alag information bata raha hai

Workout hai ya IAS/ips ka exam sra Kuch proper Hona Chahiye. You are one of good fitness youtuber but don't make a naturally easy things sound complex. Just follow gradual overload eat well and surprise your muscles. If someone's biceps isn't growing you aren't overloading or surprising your muscles.

नी होता कुछ भी मेने हर तरीके से किया है , upper half, lower half ,full range kf motion, कुछ ni hua , लोग बोलते हैं छोटी mascle है biceps triceps एक साथ करो, कई लोग arms की workout ही नी करते मैंने भी try kiya कुछ नी हुआ ,,, 2 साल में 1 इंच हटाओ आधा इंची भी बढ़ा😓😔
