Would LOVE to hear your struggles when networking so I can help in any way....or any stories of when networking has helped you :)

I felt that it had sensitive connotations to do with trying to use someone as a tool, resource and stepping stone, I ended up feeling used and yeah, sorry it’s a sensitive subject but I mean well, thank you for this Kajol! Raza :)

Thank you so much for this. As an introvert, I struggle with this a lot and trying to get better but didn't know how. Love all your video, you have really inspired me to become a consultant.

I think sometimes you need to force yourself to do this but find a way to chill out and have your own space after as an introvert 🤙🏽 Awww thanks so much!

Really great insights! I think leveraging short conversations into long term, meaningful connections is definitely the one that's the most difficult but you explained it so well!!

I simply love networking. I got all my internships and my job through networking. The most important thing is to have the right networking mindset. You should always ask yourself the following question :" What can I learn from this person I want to connect with?" Not "What can I get from him/her?". That is the most mistake I see. Having a growth mindset is the key as you said. Always give without expecting to get something. Many doors will open in long term, if you build sustainable and genuine relationships.

Love this!!! Give, not get - exactly what you said. Probably one of the fundamental questions we need to ask ourselves - what can I learn and how can I help.

Finally you made this video. 😁 Those tips are really amazing. My two cents on Networking: I think Networking is really important whatever you do in your life. 1 - I think first and the foremost thing is to get command on your language so that you can structure your sentences and take the conversations deep. 2 - Asking questions and showing interest in other people's interest. 3 - Providing value with your knowledge or sharing opportunities and helping people. People tend to remember those who have helped them.

Great suggestions. I like the Give First. Same as found in The 7 Habits of Highly Successful People. Further, Diane Darlings book, The Networking Survival Guide, is great.
