Ok I know it's half way through the year already but with so many big events and races coming up I wanted to let you all know what I've been up to and what is still to come!
Wow mate!! I'm buzzing for you... this is going to be epic! Oh and for the record I always can't wait to see the videos of your adventures haha. They are hugely inspiring mate. Looking forward to seeing you bring your A GAME this year! Oh and you'll probably need someone to edit your vlogs lol...... HMU 😂.
Hey Paul, loving the sound of the second half of the year, some awesome runs planned, certainly something to look forward to seeing. Wanted to say thanks for the Cape Wrath tips, since I saw you at the National Running Show in Jan I completed both the Arc of Attrition and Cape Wrath Ultra. Your insight to Cape Wrath was helpful in prep. Great Glen Way in August which is going to be awesome. Happy running.
