I don't even think saying Bautista is a better actor than Dwayne is an insult. The Rock is The Rock in every movie, and he's the selling point because he is a big charismatic star. Bautista becomes his character in his movies well enough that you don't see Bautista, you see Sapper Morton and Drax and Mr. Hinx. He's actually a good actor and getting better. The Rock is really good... for a pro wrestler.

The Rock is Arnold. Hired for being famous and buff not hired for talent or anything he can bring to a movie aside from “action Bro” ticket sales. Don’t get me wrong, I love me some Arnold and Rock movies. However, trying to pretend that Dwayne Is a good “actor” is disingenuous at best and ignorant at worst. Dave Bats can actually act. He can do more then stand up straight and bulge in all the right places ( muscles, not package ). Let me correct a thing, maybe Dwayne can actually act, sadly he chooses movies with giant paychecks or pigeon holes roles that don’t let him really act. So if he does have range, it is a mystery.

Why do people want a middle aged QB? Is he still good? Sure. Is he still elite? Umm… no. He has enough skill to not fuck up but put him on the Jets and he looks like every other former starter, now backup QB. Analysts refuse to point this out due to fear. Also, Defenses are afraid to smack him around.

Batista would be NOBODY if it weren't for Triple H and Ric Flair; Evolution MADE him. The Rock was someone you knew was going to be successful solo beyond wrestling way back when he hosted Saturday Night Live in 2000. Batista is hilarious as Drax, absolutely kills that role, but The Rock has more natural talent, there I said it. But of course Batista is a hall of fame wrestler, that hall of fame is easier to get into than the NBA's and he's main evented Wrestlemania.
