This is a really good breakdown. I'd love to see a breakdown of real woods offense. Specifically his setups, shots, and reattacks. There is a lot of potential in his matches. Same with Caleb Henson.
JB does it when someone attacks him, he can down block/sprawl to disguise his reattack. I don’t think knee dropping is quite valid as a set up by itself tho lol you’re asking to get pancaked or thrown by by guys like Deringer and Hidley
Stout’s a beast but he’s had 3 matches against Cardenas and Cardenas always hits his bread & butter against him. They’ll wrestle again this season though
