Hi all,
I wanted to make videos on sustainable weight and weight loss, finally now its time to explain all the main aspects of the weight loss and diet, the biggest diet mistake I see many people make is consuming very low calories below BMR, BMR is minimum calories our body needs to perform important functions like respiration, purifying blood etc, so consuming low calories will hinder the body's vital fuctions. Hai sister unga video pathen. Superb. Nanum daily running lot of excercise ellam panren. But tea kudikkama irukka mudiyala sister athu ok VA. Unga video pathutu than naraiya learn panniten. After pregnancy belly workout panren. Wrong diet um unga video pathutu than correct panniten. But tea than kudikkama irukka mudiyala sister. Nan Kenya la irukken. Inga romba cooling ah irukku. So tea avoid Panna mudiyala. Ithu ok VA sister. Pls reply

Sis diet la panra innoru big mistake namku pidicha food ah avoid panrathu nama control Panna panna athu Mela aasai athigam aagum enakum coffee romba pidikum, so naan oru coffee and evening oreu tea kandipa kudipen with sugar and milk thaan, calories thaan over ah poida koodathu sis, 100 ml milk la 65 calories and sugar oru spoon la approx 50 cals, so 100 ml milk and one TSP sugar na motham 115 calories thaan aagum, so moderation la ethu sapitalum problem illa, so enjoy your cup of tea.. but teaku biscuit 🍪 fried snacks illama ethavathu healthy ah snack panunga..
