I wanted to make videos on sustainable weight and weight loss, finally now its time to explain all the main aspects of the weight loss and diet, the biggest diet mistake I see many people make is consuming very low calories below BMR, BMR is minimum calories our body needs to perform important functions like respiration, purifying blood etc, so consuming low calories will hinder the body's vital fuctions.
