Hi guys,
The trick to run faster is to train our body is to do Interval training, by shortening the goal distance and running the short distance at goal pace and repeating the interval so many times.

Akka I'm starting as beginner I can run for 18 mins for 2.3 km without any gap,it is right way to run without gap,without taking any intervals in between the run ,.please reply for this akka.
