How to do calorie calculation? Is it possible to calculate for each meal

Hi sis,It is possible to calculate calories for each meal, but accurate ah venumna you have to weigh each and every thing before cooking, for me thats not possible so I do plate method and not concentrate more on calories, I make sure eat lot of protein and veggies, little fat and sufficient grains, moving more that burns more calories and exercise regularly, So I dont care about gaining weight at all, If I want to loose weight I will reduce little bit of food and move more to spend more calories. I am planning to make lot of videos on this topic
