Cottage cheese it's made of curd cheese but is not the same, Big Z using pure curd in this video. Curd cheese is more nutritious than cottage cheese, you can get pure curd in any Polish shop in UK. And now you know the secret why Big Z and Mariusz Pudzianowski they are G.O.A.T. :-)

I just watched Big Loz interview with Phil Pfister where Pfister told that in WSM1998 qualifying Big Z tripped on the last stone in the atlas stone event which was really frustrating but it was great to see how he progressed through the years until he became the GOAT of Strongman which was once unthinkable. IMPOSSIBLE IS POSSIBLE FOR BIG Z
You can see other strongman drink like 2L of special protein shakes with special food, and Z is here like casually eating some fried potatoes with curd and garlic in it ;D

There was a comment asking about Tomatoes. I can’t find it to reply so, I hope the OP reads this. I don’t know where you’re from but here’s my take (till Big Z answers). I’m in the UK and our tomatoes are shit compared to Eastern Europe. If yours are pale and weak like ours then buy organic or ‘on the vine’. Best you can get. Or grow some in the summer. You are what you eat! There is an Eastern European dish I’m addicted to since I was out there. Shopska Salad. Roughly chop your tomatoes, and some fresh cucumber in equal measure about 1cm cubes and add to a deep bowl. Drizzle with a little Extra Virgin Olive Oil, add rock salt and pepper. Mix. Grate some Greek Feta (100/200g) and top with that. Serve. Great on a hot day or with Steaks / Grills. And you get some secondary hydration. You’ll be surprised how good this is. Another is a Roman salad. Slice a beef tomato across. Slice to same thickness a fresh large mozzarella ball. Lay them down a long plate by alternating slices of both. Top with fresh sliced basil leaves, a hand full roughly chopped. Salt. Pepper. Olive oil. Serve. Another fast and clean way to do fresh tomatoes. From what I can gather watching the same videos you have - Big Z doesn’t really mess with his tomatoes a lot. He’s eating them fresh or maybe grilled slightly with some EVOO / seasoning. I think. I am a physical wresck now but at one time I was a gym animal . I have what I call a combination physique .... Weak pecs but dominant Triceps ...in fact my upper arms were always bigger than everyone elses without much effort but I lagged behind in back and chest ...anyhow I have an autoimmune disease that is finalky in remission abd I need to gain back my muscle ....I lost so much and gained so much weight ....my best healthy weight was 218 lbs at 5'9.5 now I am still 5'9.5" but 282 lbs from inactivity . My back acjphes just from standing , walking is exercise for me ...just from here to there everyday walking ...my opposed muscles are imbalanced ... TBH , I don't even know why I am sharing this other rhan I want my vigor abd strength back . I could once bench 505 lbs and now I struggle with every day tasks ... any advice helpful ...please help a 52 year old become the iron mover he used to be ...

vegetable fats and oils are not recoqnised(cannot be processed by the pancreas) by the human body,the only fat that human body can accepting it is animal fat especially pork fat, which is the closest anatomically to the human body, try pork fat and you will see that you can not burn the food in the pan because doesn`t go up in temperature,it doesn`t let the food to get carbonized and helps the metabolism because the body can recognize this animal fat, also our brain contains 65%animal fat. I'd love to know what big Z does when he gets shoulder tendonitis ... He must have had it a few times in his life and he has what i consider STILL the most powerful shoulders in the world. side note...what a awesome dude, never had a cocky attitude and talked trash.
