I used to train in the snow when was younger, no shoes and only a singlet usually was -2-3' degrees, and after just for cold shower 🚿. I love Big Z and his simple life. Don't get it confused when I say simple, he's one of the hardest workers out there. I just mean simple life style without internet and all the distractions the world tries put on.
