LifeIsShort SoHaveFun probably shouldn’t have to say this but you can take all the gear you want you will not be at this mans level you will not have a 30 year long career
@@neal520 i agree, what they do, takes alot of hard work and dicipline, they're basically on work 7 days a week. But if I put in the same time and training/diet, i would be no where near their level.
@@ProAverageGuy It's called his home life. It's a week in his life how he lives and trains at home, not "one week travelling the world with Big Z". What major thing do you expect??
I think the other strongmen on youtube have had a conference call with big Z and told him he can make easy money just being himself on camera, I hope big Zgets the following he deserves
simple straight forward training and eating shocks people but that's really all there is, It's the discipline to stick to it for long periods of time people can't handle. The basics will always be the best
I was thinking the same, but he actually has furniture that blend with the wall! What is missing is decoration, but I like the plain style, especially with that gorgeous wood.
The cleanest and healthiest diet of any strongman. I've been saying this for years about Big Z. You don't need 15,000-20,000kcal a day to be strong (that's what others have to do to keep up with the likes of this living legend).
I have watched this man compete since i was in my early twenties and now im almost 40 , he is still one of the best. No drama , no fancy stuff and so humble and calm. You cannot not love this guy.
45 is mega old in strongman / bodybuilding terms. Most blokes that lift look 45 years old at 28 due to the huge stress they put their bodies under, and the heavy cycles of ‘supplements’ that take a toll. Larry Wheels looks much older than 26 today. When he’s 45… he’ll be knackered. Ronnie Coleman is 57 and can hardly walk. Big Z is clearly doing the lifting thing completely right. In this series you can see the care he’s taking of his back and supporting his joints. Being cautious.
I am Dr Fazal, your biggest fan from Pakistan. I wish i can stay in your guest room for just an hour and wish to get a chance to train with you. God bless you.. You are the most humble man in the world.
With everyone on RU-vid being experts about getting big and strong, its good to see the greatest strongman champion in history making it easy for everyone. Keep it simple, train hard, eat good food and read before bed. More strength athletes should see this.
I feel like someone with a big following should shout out that Big Z is doing this type of vlog because this video needs 100,000+ views not 10,000.. BIG Z is a LEGEND
yes but all those people who got too many followers started to behave different so glad BigZ channel is still normal and he is still reachable in the comments!
Listening to Big Z's smooth tone is the best thing to hear after a long day's work. I admire his dedication and his drive. Big Z if you're reading this i love you, you beautiful monster! Great content Bigz!
People don't really understand how his connexion with nature and his way of living are the secret of his longevity in this career (which is known to be very harmful for the body)
Big Z regards from Iraq.. Simple straight to the point videos real old school workout no fancy BS..thats why you are a legend. Btw how can i join the camp on September?
@@fanfeck2844 also, it must be in vicinity of Vilnius, because he drove there on Monday just to have a meal with his friends (so it must not be too far). I'm Polish and I think my grandmother was actually born in Vilnius (in 1910) when it was formally polish (I'm not 100% sure about it, thats a shame)
I know it's not polite to talk about but I wish one strongman would talk about what their anabolic cycle is. Surprisingly little information out there about it. Love the videos Big Z!
Why, when competing they will be juiced obviously, I really don't think with how healthy big Z is he is juicing now, maybe never but probably has but so what, juice all you want 99.9 percent will never be a strong as big Z
Holy shit he heart reacted it. Love the openness of this guy, many strongmen with all these sponsorships still pretend natty status or completely avoid this topic in a way that the silence is too loud xD
Agreed. It would be interesting to know. As far as I know only Bill Kazmaier and Thor have admitted to steroid use, and neither have gone into the specifics.
I kinda just imagine being a little farm kid walking down the road after a rain and seeing the strongest man to ever live rush by on an ATV. Would be surreal.
Been waiting with eager anticipation for the next BIGZ vid. One didnt disappoint, just more videos of you my good man, that's what we all want. Doesnt have to be anything in particular, just more of the amazing man himself. Thank you for your time and efforts.
Inspirational Big Z, been a fan since 2011, very straight forward info, English is awesome and improving. Thank you so much for taking us along. Wish I knew you were here in NewZealand last year, would have lovedto have met you, my younger brother really looks upto you too, all the best bro, chur!
I've only just come across this channel and would like to say thank you z for coming up with the best over head pressing variation ever it's had an immediate carry over affect to every other pressing exercise I do thanks again big up the z press
Awesome videos Z. I will be subscribing. Always a true role model and inspiration. I remember watching you as a child, in awe and to find you later in both of our lives, you are still the same great man, no BS, no stress, no ego taking control. You Zydrunas Savickas BIG Z are a true champion and an inspiration to myself and millions. Thank you, keep up the hard work.
