Bike Plate Flippers! Does Police Care?

I hear a motorcyclist speeding, to my surprise (or not so much) he appears not to have a number plate. But after speeding in front of a speed camera and doing a wheelie he flips his number plate back into place...
This is about the 10th time I see motoricyclists doing this... But so far I have never managed to catch it so blantatly on camera! What is the police going to do about this?

you can buy them on amazon or google, shouldn't this be forbidden?
t's not illegal to have it on the bike, but should not be usedon the road. It is a serious criminal offence.
Even though the guy flips the plate at the end of the video it appears to be fake, the end of his plate is OYK which has some meaning apparently.
OYK Means “Original Youngins Killers” OYK is the rival gang to OY which means “Original Youngins” most notable members “Kay Flock, Kyle Richh, TaTa
was unable to find any of the below:

MYG70YK

Given all the illegal things the rider is doing, one wonders why he bothers with a plate and a flipper. Skip both, save money.

HY67 OYK It's taxed and MOT'd, could be a clone, but would you bother with a plate flipper if it were? Please submit this report to the police. It's likely the speed camera has been triggered and with the time/date plus location, the police could very easily issue a FPN for speeding. They might also consider pursuing a charge for failing to display a licence plate or perhaps evading justice? What appears here to be intentional law breaking is just the sort of thing the police are more likely to prosecute. I've seen several motorbikes with such plate flippers on recently, they're becoming more common. (edit: also note the curious placement of a black screw head cover which makes the H look like an M)

Pointless reporting anything to the police anymore they don’t care! My friend had his car crashed into as he was waiting to turn right, the car pulled out of the side street and t boned him. The driver got out and admitted he didn’t have insurance my friend rang the police and they weren’t going to attend and told him they have to catch him driving it to do anything. So he caused massive amounts of damage and he gets away with it! On a plus side the driver of the car was a colleague of mine who just started to drive buses he got fired the next day, due to writing off two buses 🤦🏻‍♂️ i spotted him in the morning and his car in the depot rang my friend to tell him he reported it to the police same response they have to catch him driving it! Absolutely ridiculous

Did you give your friend a good talk about giving way? All about that it's all his fault for not giving way to the car pulling out of a side road so he got t boned?

That driver should get an award for being able to do all that damage without driving! Quite a feat. Award to be handed to him by the police of course.

Report him to the police, let them take not of the number plate. This guy will definitely use it to commit a crime.

I don't see the issue, how are we sure he wasn't just fixing his plate that had blown closed? Don't think a solicitor is having a bar of this 😂

Flippers I mean why. Motorcycles should be allowed in all bus lanes anyway IMHO. If you need a flipper you have To question your own riding

Virtually every car that passes me while I'm bicycling is exceeding the speed limit by 5 to 25mph. I know this because my tail radar clocks them (a reading every second) and records all the readings. Just too much work to assemble that with the videos and ship them off, and the police around here wouldn't do anything anyway. But by all means if the cyclists twist your knickers post videos and report them yourself rather than demanding that Silvio do it for you.

@@paulflory3532 You think anyone cares? Your kind don’t even stick to your cycle lanes smh. The only difference is we can’t “catch” the cyclists that run red lights as there’s no registered number plate, on top of that, you’re all too uneducated (99% of you) since you don’t need to an exam of some sort to be on a public road with other machinery.
