I think she might be doing the cowardly selfish bullshit that people often do when they want out of a relationship, but don't want to look like the "bad guy" by ending it like an adult. I would ask the guy if she was always like this or if it just randomly "started"? If it randomly started chances are she's "outing act" because she wants the guy to kick her to the curb so she can play the victim and be blame free. People are insane.

Blacking out while drinking is a classic sign of serious alcoholism. She also seems to have very little impulse control, and I believe that's another sign of addictive behavior. Ehh. I used to blackout a good amount. I just liked to party. But it was never like I needed or craved alcohol. I did embarrass myself quite a bit and my hangovers got insane, so now I drink beer when I’m getting drunk, which is only a few times a year at this point.

If she's said that to you so many times, it's probably true. She's also lying to you about not remembering ever saying that to you when she "blacked out". Maybe on some occasions she doesn't remember but definitely does on other occasions if she's said it several times. Break up with her quickly and move on.
