Also... That same season Denver beat New England in the playoffs with an amazing Champ Baily interception. That guy deserved a bunch of rings.

I used to be a membership coordinator at the downtown YMCA when Coach cower was still an active coach for the Pittsburgh Steelers. He would don't in to pay racquet ball, And I used to watch him come in and play racquetball against Chan Gailey one of his assistant coaches. And whenever Coach would mess up he would yell at himself "Damn it Bill! Come on you've got to get those!" So even in his personal life he was a coach... Just coaching himself! He was a very sweet and gracious guy and it was a pleasure to meet him in real life.

A legend in the City of Champions, not just are sports teams either, the region produced Dan Marino, and Joe Montana among others. Pittsburgh Pride runs deep, and I am over the moon that Seth feels the same!

I had the opportunity to hangout with BC while watching a Monday Night Football game in Raleigh, NC and he loved the sport as much as any fan. He stood up when, just as we all did, when a major play happened. His wife must have been annoyed by my excitement to be watching a sport I love, with a legend.

I went to carlynton hs where bill went. They kept his plaque and a few other things of his. I met him once wheny sisters basketball team played against his daughters team. I seen him a few times in passing but only once did I say hello tell him thanks for trying so hard. His parents lived ( not sure if they are still alive) about 6min from me. My buddy had to fight off a fine for peeing in their bushes. They thought he was a crazed stalker but he was drinking, it was very late, and had nowhere else to go.

I never even thought of that. If I saw any of my favourite teams coaches I would never tell them how to do their job, even if I played or was a coach. I would just want to meet them not ruin the experience by trying to be an armchair QB.

Trying to make Kordel Stewart a pocket passer was an awful decision and watching the team go 3 and out every game suuuucked....outside of that, congrats Bill.
