Former host of "Politically Incorrect," comedian, actor, and political commentator Bill Maher sat down in the #Hotboxin studio with Mike Tyson and co-host Sebastian Joseph-Day. In this episode, the trio debated: God/religion, the Black Lives Matter movement, police brutality, gun control, and transgender athletes in sports. Mike also talks about having sex with his GED teacher in prison, and Bill explains why he'll never get married. You do not want to miss this episode.

Unlike Joe Rogan, Bill is a breath of fresh air because he didn't come off as just another fanbot who just agreed with everything Tyson was saying like a "yes-man". He wasn't intimidated to actually engage with Tyson in a conversation nor was he condescending or patronizing him. Bill would question Mike and ask him to explain what he’s talking about; correct him on things he’s wrong on, agree or agree to disagree etc., instead of just accepting everything he said and moving on like some timid guest or fanboy would. That's why Mike respects and likes Bill because he treats Mike like an adult instead of treating him like an icon. Mike at times looked like he was having a good time trolling Bill. Good chemistry!!!

I hate that people just fall on his every word and agree with everything he says regardless of how prosperous it sounds. 99% of guests agree with Mike either from fear, way too much respect or just because they don’t wanna rock the boat. A lot of the time he just regurgitates what he reads in books. Bill calls him out and it’s brilliant! But Instead of Mike having a tantrum, he asks why. I thought this was an odd pairing but I really enjoyed this edition of Mike's podcast. It shows just how much Mike has mellowed over the years because Maher occasionally has a way of mocking someone or making someone who doesn't agree with him feel stupid and I'm fairly certain the old Mike Tyson would have laid Maher out when he did that. One of the most interesting podcasts I've seen in awhile.

Maher wasn't intimidated to actually engage with Tyson in a genuine conversation nor was he condescending or patronizing him. Bill would question Mike and ask him to explain what he’s talking about; correct him on things he’s wrong on, agree or agree to disagree etc., instead of just accepting everything he said and moving on like some timid guest or fanboy would. i enjoy the amount of difficulty in this conversation. i constantly aspire to have the same amount of difficulty myself, much to the dismay of many people i talk to XD when you disagree with someone, ask them why they think that way. you don't have to change their mind and you don't have to let them change yours, but you can always, always benefit from understanding how and why people with different opinions from you see the world and understand their life situations. if you've ever seen videos from Channel 5 (formerly all gas no brakes), that's the jam. i've learned so much by listening to people from those niche zones, just as much as Andrew himself has. he stated in an interview that they started off as a joke news crew, just trying to get cringe takes and make fun of people with awkward camera zooms, etc. but he saw the value in actually listening to what those people have to say and sharing it with the world at large ask, share, understand, see what humanity's got to offer

Knowledge puffs up love builds up. One man here is full of knowledge and lacks love and the other has love. It’s so obvious. One belittles the next generation the other uplifts it. It’s obvious there is issues and pointing them out isn’t hard but being a remedy takes more than just knowledge. It takes Grace and understanding and listening. I’m a 35 year old male and can understand where Bill is coming from but can tell he’s got a hard heart. Love ya mike! Your life has taken you closer to understanding and love it’s beautiful. Bills understanding and knowledge only comes from himself and his opinion. He doesn’t believe that there is a possibility of a higher power. Mike wrestles with this possibility constantly. He’s lived the same life as the same person for to long. Needs to experience life from another reality. Lose everything, then gain it back. Live with hippies on Maui for a few years and just go to the beach everyday and hike and explore the island. Go hike a glacier in Iceland, get dropped off by yourself in remote Idaho and bear and elk hunt for 10 days. All these things I have done. Now at 41 I’m into this meditation stuff. I use to think it was all stupid and BS. But Eckhart Tolle, Buddha and those India yogis have really changed my view of myself and reality. I’m becoming untouchable, nothing gets to me anymore. Been a year everyday all day I’m listening to this stuff nonstop until I deeply grasp what they are saying. There’s no depth to the level of peacefulness a person can achieve.
