Billy The Kid's Gun Justice is from the www.westernsontheweb.com collection and uploaded for free viewing online. The Billy The Kid films from this series of westerns all had Billy being hunted as a wanted criminal, but he has been falsely accused of crimes that others committed. In this classic western movies plot Billy and his friends Fuzzy and Jeff are roaming the west as usual, looking for cowpuncher jobs. Along the way they are ambushed and of course meet a beautiful young lady. Billy and his pals are called upon to help stop an evil rogue who is defrauding the settlers. This is the complete film released in 1940. The stars are Bob Steele, Al St. John, Louise Currie, Carleton Young and Charlie King. Al St. John is comical as always and is extremely entertaining to watch. The solutions to the problems in this western feature are worked out a bit surprisingly. I love these old oaters. I'm 81 so I was growing up when a lot of them were made. Unfortunately we were too poor to go to the movies so I didn't get to see them back then. I sure am making up for lost time now thanks to postings on RU-vid.

Al St. John! He sure has oe of his funniest bits that finishes at 38:43, and it might look like Ken Duncan was thinking of starting to laugh at Fuzzy's antics in the first part - I may be wrong, but it was a great bit.

Excluding the intro, this video is 5 minutes longer than the listed running time of 57 minutes for this movie. Yet, at 31:37, there is at least one scene missing. So do the copies posted on other RU-vid channels.

I'm 64, a lifelong fan of Westerns! I have 400 Western movies from Tom Mix to modern and dozens of Western TV seasons. But I will not watch any movie that portrays that little Punk Billy the Kid as a hero! He didn't shoot the 21 men of Legend, he shot 8 or 9, and every one was backshot, unarmed, or ambushed, and sometimes a combination of all 3. Even the fight in the store there is strong evidence that Billy ran out on his buddies right at the beginning! He wasn't even a 'lefty'! There are several Buster Crabbe movies I won't watch because he plays the Kid as a hero. He wasn't.
