INGREDIENTS
1) Peanuts- 1/2 cup
2)Badam/Almonds- 1/2 cup
3)Pumpkin seeds- 1/4 th cup
4)Sunflower seeds- 1/4 th cup
5)Dessicated Coconut powder- 1/4 th cup
6)Jaggery-1 cup
7) Ghee -1 tbsp (optional) to make ladoo
PREPARATION METHOD
1) Take peanuts to pan , Dry roast peanuts until skin peels on low heat- keep stirring other wise seeds may burn or fry unevenly & Take out to a plate
2) Similarly, Dry roast Almonds for 30 seconds on low heat -keep stirring & take out to a plate
3) Dryroast Pumpkin seeds & Sunflower seeds separately for 30 seconds on low heat, take out to a plate ,each time keep stirring so that seeds don’t burn
4) allow to cool all the seeds completely.
5) Take all seeds to Mixer jar , take also dessicated coconut powder , Jaggery to mixer jar & grind in a pulse mode until slightly coarse powder , if you grind on high speed seeds oozes fat , but still they can make ladoo & eat , that tastes also good but if you want exact taste as I made , grind in a pulse mode to make powder.
6) take powder to a plate & add 1 tbsp ghee & make small lemon sized balls
7) Enjoy 1 laddu / day for 30 days to get best results
8) once made these laddu’s stay fresh for 10 days in air tight container
