Just randomly found your youtube channel. Thanks for your amazing tricks training videos. I have 3 budgies and one of them is female which is very active like gymnast so can't wait to try some of your tricks. Btw can you please share what cage do you have I can't find that online? I need to get one of those mesh doorway thing because my bird flew out of my room as I opened the door and went into the kitchen and ran into some windows and I had barely got done cooking so the stove was pretty hot to.
You are so lucky. My 3 yr old Yogi likes me but is terrified of my hands. Someone did a real job on him and he has issues. I have had him for a little over 3 months
Gee Bee Try rest your hands near his cage For about 2-1 minutes, eventually after a few Weeks, start putting your hands in his cage, rest Them near him, don't touch him though, just rest Them near him. Hopefully this helps. Also talk to Him well resting your hands near him.
Questions, when you travel who takes care of them? Also, are your birds wings clipped or not? Can they still fly around freely with their wings clipped like in the video?
I have a issue, my ceilings are HUGE and by huge I mean 11" +. I want to make a bird room so my budgie can get some flight time but I'm wondering what is a safe dimension for a bird room? And how can I properly bird-proof a room for them? I also have huge windows but I do have sheer curtains over them
Is a cage that measures 92cm (height) 46cm (width) and 46cm depth okay for a parrotlet, I don’t want to have a cage to small for him/her and am working on setting it all up before I’ve got him/her home, thanks

Hi,I know this video is old,but I'm just starting to watch your videos..I really like your advice and intelligence on our little feathered friends!..I have plastic bowls and I have the stainless steel ones that came with my big cages for my cockatiels ..but find they make them so deep!!..feels like I'm wasting a lot of food....what do I do if I should be using the stainless steel ones without dumping a whole pile of food in them?..want to do what's healthier for them.....Hope you can answer me on this...thankyou so much for your videos..I never stop learning.Debbie
Debbie Nye, Both plastic bowls and steel bowls work well, however metal ones are much easier to clean and last longer :D And you don’t need to fill the bowls all the way up you can just fill them up to what looks like enough :)
Most people have problems like poop or something... I have a weird problem, How do i get my budgie to trust me (hes a baby and his name is ... Baby ) he cant fly very well and when he flys off my bed he lands on the pillow on the floor ( just in cas he falls) and straight away he waddles towards my hand... But when hes in his house he flaps away from me and avoids me till a catch up he gets on my finger... Its like he trust me but he doesnt (i take him out and he tries to get back inside his house) and he doesnt eat when im around just when im gone and i try to give him a treat and he doesnt eat it. I have toys and treats in his cage but he doesnt use them and ive hardly see him drink water . ive had him for about 2 months now and he doesnt go with anyone else but me so does he trust me or not???? PLEASE HELP AND THANK YOU
im a new mommy to a almost 3 month old celestial parrotlet, im still getting used to her, but want to find out how i can get her used to me she is very sweet but as soon as i want to handle her she gets nippy, i know they dont like to be held but how do i get her used to me and being with me
Do your bird's get mean because I have A Parrot Let just like yours and he might get mad if I do something he dose not want me to do so he might try to bite me and also is there A way that I could make him not want to bite me every thing I do wrong to him
