Birmingham Restaurant Style Chicken Balti 

This recipe was given to me by a chef with over 35 years experience working at Indian Restaurants within the Birmingham area.
I had to tweak this recipe slightly for our tastes so It's not the same as the balti I'd expect from my local Indian restaurant (Manchester, UK).
