Peroni for a crisp refreshing beer on a hot day or with greasy/oily foods, and Moretti for a richer more flavorful drink, with or without any foods. Like any beer choice, I think it's based on the mood and situation.
One small tip, with a good microphone like that you’ll get better sound a few niches further away from the mouth. It’ll prevent that peaking when a hard P is spoken.
