Thanks you so much, I really appreciate that I found this video earlier😘😘😘 Lots of hugs and love darl🤗 I was 38 weeks and 3 days, I tried those exercise at home for 2-3 hours and Boom. I went to hospital and cervix was 5 inches open. I can’t thank you enough 🥺🥺
I am 38w and 3 days today and I am going to try this also. I’m already at a 2 so I hope this works for me too girl! 💕 Ugh Wish us luck cuz I am SO ready for my little dude to come💙
I found your video yesterday and watched all these exercises. I tried all of them for 1 hour and BOOM!! Labor started and i had my baby 6 hours later. Thanks so much for these exercises and video 🥰
38 weeks and 3 days. Found the video Monday night, did these exercises all day Tuesday with some walks. We had our baby Wednesday afternoon at 1:56pm. Thank you!
Worked like magic. My water broke after 20 hours of starting these excerises. And that was at exactly 41 weeks. So thankful, helped me avoid induction.
So I never comment on videos but had to come back and make a comment because I believe this worked for me . I did these exercises all for 20 minutes each on a Friday night before going on a date with my husband . I was 39 weeks 3 days. My husband and I went to the movies and out to eat and I felt no different . I actually was a little frustrated because I was so ready to have the baby and my doctors we concerned about my baby’s size (she turned out to weigh 9lbs 1.7oz 😅) so they had scheduled an induction for me for 41 weeks . But I really really did not want an induction so I was desperate and trying everything. Anyway the next morning on Saturday I woke up and my back was hurting . So I got on the birth ball and did the exercises all over again at like 8:30am. By 10am I was having intermittent contractions like period cramps so I went and took a bath . At 11:30am I had a bloody show and started having real contractions . My husband and I tried to labor a little at home but the contractions were coming so quick and we lived 30 minutes from the hospital . Long story short I walking into the hospital and was 8cm dilated and had the baby vaginally no epidural witching 15 minutes of arriving to the hospital. Baby girl was born at 1:29pm . Baby was born when I was 39weeks 4days . I cannot say for 100% it was this video as I was drinking raspberry leaf tea , eating dates , walking almost a mile a day , and did the miles circuit a few times since 38 weeks . But I do think this was the thing that pushed me over the edge into labor. This then makes me believe it is not just one thing that will induce labor but maybe a few things working together. So thank you so much for the video.
I normally go 2 weeks post due date. I really didn't want to be that overdue this time so I'd been doing your spinning babies video nightly. Then on my due date I got a ball and spent 2 hrs that day doing these exercises. Next day (40+1) spent another two hours on the ball. Went into labor that same day at 2pm. Baby born at 6pm.
Well... I did these moves on Sunday last week, did them again on Monday and went into labor that night! Babygirl was born the next morning at exactly 39 weeks! Labor was ten hours and I only pushed for seven minutes, so she must have been positioned perfectly!
I hardly comment on videos but after reading the comments on this i tried to give it a go and on my 39+5 week i followed this exercise for 2 hrs and one hr the next day and my labor began that same evening and well, the rest is ❤❤.
Trying this tonight and hope it helps! 38+2 days. Baby boy is lined up and ready face facing back, but I haven’t been progressing just soft! Fingers crossed this helps!!!! Mama is ready and in pain 😅
This really works!!! I was 39 weeks and 2 days, I did all the exercise for 45 min. Next morning I started having contraction and give birth within 9 hours !
I used this video on NYE, ball arrived off amazon that afternoon and I did some simple bouncing for an hour, , watched the video then had a curry for dinner at 6pm. Once my food had gone down at 9pm I started each exercise, I did ten mins of each exercise and 20 mins just sitting on the ball. At 2am contractions started, we went to hospital at 7am and our beautiful baby girl arrived at 15:37 on New year's day! I was 39 weeks plus 4..... Whether it was the curry or the video..... It 100% worked! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!
I did these for about 50 minutes and lost my bloody show (brown)! I’m 39 weeks and 3 days and was 2cm dilated and 60% thinned out at my appointment yesterday. Almost baby time! Thank you for these exercises! ♥️🤰💙
Thank you so much!! Yesterday night, at 38 weeks + 4 days, I did these exercises for a total of 40 mins at 9:30. Woke up this morning at 1:45 to my water breaking. I believe these exercises helped him to engage. Currently at the hospital waiting for baby boy to come 💙
I absolutely love your video! I am here at 37+4 days and I am trying to encourage baby naturally to start moving down. So far, I started contracting after 10 minutes of doing these exercises. I am documenting everything on my YT! Wish me luck Mamas 🤗
Im finishing this up... I'm 45 minutes in. I'm due tomorrow but had a previous c sec. Dr won't induce so they scheduled a c sec for Tuesday. I have been following your videos and completed the miles circuits in earlier weeks. Thank you for sharing your insight and knowledge and passions. I lost my plug 2 weeks ago and have had contractions randomly since. My ob completed a sweep last Monday but all I got was cramping. I'm praying labor starts tonight.
I'm 37 weeks with baby #2. My ob has given me the green light to begin trying natural things to get my body ready for labor/induce. I don't try anything without telling her. But so far i have tried walking up and down the stairs, mile long walks, and the birth ball. Baby is already head down and facing my spine. Within 3 days of trying what i mentioned my belly has dropped alot! And i feel way more pressure in my pelvis. My first baby i didn't try anything to induce labor at any point in the pregnancy. And i went into labor on my due date. Hoping this one comes week 38/39.
I saw this video looker at the comments and was like I have 4 days till my due date let me try some.5 hr later I had contraction and babu was born the next morning and I only did then for about 1hr and walked up and down the steps.
Im currently 31 weeks with twins and they are both breech right now. Im doing these exercises but I’m not expecting to start labor just wanna relieve back and pelvic pain. It’s helping so far
39 weeks today and baby is measuring at 41 weeks , no dialation or engagement & couldnt sweep my membrane yesterday but head down. Gonna try these exercises because my body likes to hold onto babys real tight!
40 weeks right now! I am trying these exercises, really excited to meet my baby. I really hope this will help because I don’t have any signs of labor right now. 🙏🏻
Doing these right now 37+5 weeks prego and I’ve been having contractions 2-5 minutes apart but they sent me home since my water didn’t break or I’m not dilated. Hopefully this works. I’ll keep you updated
Trying these tonight. I'm 40w today, baby is in right position. 4cm dilated and 60% effaced. I'm so ready to meet my babygirl, hopefully this helps. I'm so ready to give birth and be done. This is my 4th pregnancy and has been the toughest. Thank you for sharing!
I'm already 40 weeks, have been doing ball exercises for 2 weeks but will try yours tomorrow 20 minutes each and see how it goes..this is my third baby and the first to be this late!!!
@@DanceePinkston the head is down already and very low with the spin to the right and feet to the left... she is ready to come but it is just not happening 😢
Hi.. Am now 37 weeks 5 days now..when I checked with the doctor they told like the head is not fixed in cervix yet.. how long should I do these birthing ball exercises daily?
Love your video! I am 37 weeks and 5 days. Hope this will help me. Last baby and really want to know how the feeling is when your water break or the real labor contraction! Going for a c section on the 26 October. Hope I can go into labour before that. 💜
Doing these now as I’m booked in to get induced in 3 days time (Friday 10th Dec) hoping it works for me! I’m currently 38wks 2days but suffer from GD & baby boy is a big one’ Will keep you updated🙌🏽🤞🏽💃🏻
If I do these exercise it wil break my water? I don’t want break my water without pain becz my 1st delivery was lik that,my first delivery water broke without pain and end with c sec
I showed no sign of labour at all (40w3d) and I followed this video for 1.5hour around 4AM and my water broke at 5:55AM. I tried different induce labour youtube videos every night and nothing works. This one definitely works like magic!!! Amazing!!
I do these exercises after I know my baby is head down and in a great birthing position. But it is a great way to prepare your body for an easier labor!
When can you actually start doing this? I’m trying vbac. I have gestational diabetes so doctor said I won’t be waiting for more than 38 weeks. I hope that’s not the case. But I need my body to somehow be more effaced or prepared till then. So when can I start?
Girl same, praying for a vbac & i have 2 weeks left to get baby out. My dr told me 36 weeks i could try to get the show on the road. I hope you are or were able to 💕
I have a video on my pregnancy nightime routine that helped with this but my main prevention was to drink a lot of water to keep your skin hydrated and to not eat things that would make me bloat. :)
How long do you do each excerise ? I’ll be 39 weeks Monday and I been at 3cm since last Friday , baby is head down but needs to come down a little More to help me dilate more
Does anyone have some advice for me? I'm 40+2, cervix is still not effaced, 2 cm dilated. I'm doing these exercises every day but nothing is happening.
@@iiamze21 oh how exciting!!! my baby is 5 months today, and a super happy & healthy boy. motherhood is the best. wishing you the best of luck and a safe labor 💗
Sure hope i dilate faster so my vabc is successful my duedate was yesterday did this 2 hours today in will do them tomorrow again if nothing has happened wish me luck 😊
@@ej6296 only thing that worked for me was nipple stimulation. I used my breast pump and an hour later I got HARD contractions and went into labor by 2 am
I'm currently 34 weeks but has a scheduled induction on my 37th week due to cholestasis and gestational DM. My baby's presentation is cephalic per 32 week ultrasound. Can I start doing birthing ball exercises to aid with vaginal birth via induction? Thanks!
I worked on getting my baby in a better birthing position with my spinning babies video and miles circuit video. The pregnancy stretches video was also super helpful for balancing my inner pelvic ligaments to prepare for a better birth experience. 😘
