Could you make any Bakewell tart themed things please...cherry bakewell cookies and cherry bakewell cheesecake comes to mind... some kind of almond cookie with a blob of frozen morello cherry conserve in middle and cheesecake with almond biscuit base and morello cherry topping? As you can see, I’ve not been thinking about it much?!!! 😂🤣😂🤣😂 x

*Cookie dough:* 115g butter 150g brown sugar 55g white sugar Mix +1egg & mix till creamy +240g flour ½tsp baking powder ½tsp salt Mix till combined +100g white chocolate chunks & mix Make balls & refrigerate for 1hour before putting in the oven for 12-15min (180°C)

@@teefsister637 yea ..in my oppinion peanit butter tastes better cauz this biscoff spread is so sweet ...and the cookies are already sweet...so in general it's gonna be oversweet ...so using peanut butter that has that salty flavour is gonna balance the sweetness of the cookies

Really? So it must be really delicious! Could you please recommend me a channel or recipe page in english that's authentic? I'm so eager to taste it now... I found a couple of recipes but I can't tell if they are trustworthy and authentic since I never had it 😕 [I would buy it if I could, but covid-19 - which is major here -, plus I don't know if there's any restaurants I could buy it at my country to be honest]

These look so good, but I would not suggest baking them in such a small baking dish so close together. They spread a lot and would make one giant cookie instead of six. You should use a large cookie sheet where you can spread them out as much as possible.

That was just the pan used to refrigerate them. She didn't show the pan she baked them in - based on the fact that all the cookies looked perfect after baking, she definitely used a bigger pan for that.
