first time watching your videos, just bought a blackstone 22"on the go griddle to use clamping already had a pitboss pellet grill we take glamping, I did not know you could cook biscuits on the griddle, u taught us something new. we live in monroe north Carolina and camp a lot at myrtle beach. love your videos and glad you beat the cancer, I was diagnosed in2015 with prostate cancer and it was caught early, I chose to get rid of the prostate this is my 7th year cancer free, my dad died in2013 from bladder and prostate cancer. anyone that's not been told they have cancer has no clue what that feels like, I'm glad you made it brother 👍😁I did subscribe to your channel 👍

You certainly are Blessed Sir. Congratulations on pulling thru. And thanks for the tip on the biscuits. I've tried them on a rack but this method (i.e. no direct heat...and some bacon grease) sounds a lot better. I'll try it when the weather warms up.
