Sorry Sifu - but how actually do you do the low elbow technique? Is it when you grab the persons neck you put your elbows in their centre? How did you make your elbow so strong that he couldn't bend it? Great video. Really looking fwd to future videos, it's a fresh take on wing chun!

@AK_UK_ You have to understand how and why to practice the low elbow force in the SiuNimTau form. It is mainly trained in the 3rd. set but in the fourth and sixth set, too. =ver 95% of all Wing Chun masters and practitioners don´t know about this topic. they just talk about low elbow force, but they have no clue!
