Black Clover did what Naruto couldn't. And that's developing side characters from the start and continuing to do so. not only that but Black Clover is basically Naruto but better in every single way. The animation might not be good but the fights are so unique. And I guess Naruto has some of the best fights in anime but the way black clover uses magic as a power system is so unique. Every fight in black clover is so unique.
@@smilingcat3851 that's true. It gets pretty annoying. After like seeing 5 of the back stories they seem kinda similar sometimes and they get boring. Like when a villain is fighting they just choose to show us a whole backstory about why i should feel bad for him, and it doesn't work. But it's good for worldbuilding so eh
this moment is so epic Asta doesn't care or try to understand finrals bro, Luck isn't smiling at all, Magnas voice is so calm and pissed off, Gauche doesn't talk about his sister, Gordon is very serious speaking louder, Grey doesn't care about her appearance at all, Charmy's 1st time getting pissed off with something aside someone interfering with her food, Noelle shows how she genuinely cares about her fellow squad members and Vanessa is totally furious this just shows how epic this scene and very serious.
Well to put it simply in game terms they have some of the stats but they either have problem because of they got debuffs, a backlash from using it or too focused on something else.

I remember watching this and feeling so happy for Finral. Poor baby was always insecure about his position in Black Bull and this just proves how much they genuinely care for him. Also, Luck's voice here gave me chills.

0:13 - This still gives me chills man! This was so badass, epic and emotional at the same time. The camaraderie between Black Bulls members is really the heart of this show. It was at this moment that I realise that I love this show more than ever before.

Loved the entry of the trio... All three are literally standing on his Thorat... If finral's bro had dared to blink an eye they were gonna kill him... Beside Asta is standing in front of him and all magic is useless in the presence of this boy...
That's true! As much as I love Asta, the murderous way Luck said his line would have had 10 times the impact. It would have been way more epic if it ended with his line.

This scene kinda reminds me of fairy tail when minerva goes over board with Lucy at grand magic games and the way gray and natsu and erza reacted it's so similar but different that it gives chills.
This is one of the best scenes that shows off Black Bulls' relationship with each other. Asta isn't talking, Magna and Luck are in Killer mode, Charmy became a human and angry, Gauche didn't mention his sister, Noelle left her attitude, Grey isn't embarrassed, Vanessa used her magic and Gordon talked out loud. If Captain Yami were present, that face would be the last thing Langris would see.
I was just saying the same as I watched this. It went from me being super glad to see that Finral has gotten so strong and serious, to me being absolutely pumped seeing all the black bulls jump up ready to go

After years of not interested in watching this due to lack of access and not as interested, I started binge watching this on 2024 when giving Netflix a try as I’m in a fantasy mood, I never expected to get goosebumps when I saw this scene that I had to replay that moment before continuing. The Black Bulls is one of the few gems where I legit see them as close as a family than great friends or giving me coworker vibes like other anime teams I seen.

Was so intimidating when charmy hurled them all at fins bro. Like how loyal and family oriented was that huddle around him was insane. Gave me chills. The entire team that was present jumped into a tion to protect their own it was epic. This is seriously my favorite anime scenes ever. Nothing can match this intense group and how they stood up for their friend.
This scene was so emotional for me.. How all the squad members were there for Finral.. Also after Asta’s attack when he falls how Magna holds and prevents Asta from falling.. I almost cried..
