Today we are taking a look at Kickers new subwoofer enclosure the TRTP Down-Firing Sub,
Finding space for a subwoofer is a constant struggle. Most traditional subwoofer enclosures take up a lot of cargo room. Kicker's solution, turn the sub down. The enclosure features a CompRT subwoofer, availabel in 8", 10" and 12" sizes, and passive reFLEX radiator, faced downward with space underneath for the bass to escape.
With the 10" version standing less than 6" tall, the TRTP can fit where traditional subs can't. The enclosure was built to handle a large amount of stackable weight, so it can act as a shelf in your trunk or cargo area.
