First of all, ignore any pixelation caused by RU-vid processing; the game looks good with my settings when you try them yourself. I've optimized the graphics settings for 'Black Myth: Wukong' on the GTX 1650 to balance quality and performance. It was challenging due to the game's poor upscaling, which causes a lot of shimmering. However, I reduced the shimmering by setting motion blur to "weak" and using the TSR upscaler at 65% (quality mode). This combination significantly enhances the visuals with minimal shimmering. TSR provides the best quality in this game compared to other upscalers, so use TSR and avoid FSR, as it's the worst upscaler here. I also recommend to cap your frames at 30 and to use a Gamepad if you want a console-like experience; it's the best way to enjoy Wukong. if you prefer playing with a keyboard and mouse, turning on frame generation will help. The choice is yours. If you find this helpful, please support the channel by subscribing and liking the video. Thank you!
your settings are really good, but after playing for 30 mins my laptop crosses 90 degrees and my gpu thermal throttles and the frequency fluctuates and drops like crazy between 400-500 mhz way below it's core clock...and fps drops are terrible. I can't even play on lowest settings still it happens...my cpu and gpu both cross 90 degrees cpu crosses 95..
@@phoenix3510I'm having the exact problem after playing for a few time it thermal throttles (I checked using 3rd party app) and my gpu frequency drops below core clock. Both gpu cpu cross 90°C. I have a ryzen 7 5800H gtx 1650 but there's no solution for thermal throttling
Once again karan you've done great .....you always make me see reasons to keep on using my Gtx1650 and delay a bit in upgrading my gpu 😂..well done brother ❤
@@ca9inec0mic58 hahaha i know right and im sure it will Rockstar is good at optimizknt their games just like Rdr2 and gtav so im sure The Gtx1650 would perform great on gta 6
@@04farhan28 there is no actual difference. You just feel it's smoother because while using mouse we tend to move it vigorously. That's not the case with controllers. Transitions are smooth. Just use a controller and you'll notice it.
is there any possibilities for turning off the DOF and Motion Blur from the config files of the game? If yes then it might help with reducing the noise/artifacts around the edges of the character while using Frame Generation.
GTX 1650, I3 9100F, with FSR ON, FG ON, I can run the game with Cinematic AA, steady at 60, can reach 75ish~ Also tried with the program Lossless Scaling, but if I can get 60 fps and everything runs smooth without, hell yeah!
Help, my PC: i3 7100 - ram 16gb - RTX 3050ti. i test in the first intro scene the game got freezing, but i test benchmark and my pc still playable at 80 fps in medium - low setting? Is it because my CPU so i cant play this game now? i have finished elden ring, god of war on this PC
I guess this is CPU problem , i also try to lock my game in 30 fps but whenever i look up on the sky my fps still drop despite locking which is really annoying . Does any 1 have the same problem or its just me ?
yeah i have same problem too, any fix?(also there's discussion in steam that have same problem with 3050, they say it's vram problem cause shader compilation not load)
Dude, I was playing super well with 50fps, and the damn NVIDIA app changed the preset by itself, which caused framedrops in the cutscenes. Damn it, I hate this fucking company
Graphics not good??💀 it's performance is a lit but justified because of it's graphics ....it's made in ue5 and looks better than every game which is released before this .... Also gtx 1650 is already dead in 2023 without frame generation...
It's new technology being used, in older game devs really creative because they are limited, so they use many "tricks" and great visual design. Nowadays they are "focusing" on the gameplay since they can just put the burden of graphics more to the engine/technology.
