I can agree with this sentiment. Although Ghost is the last decent Cod to me, it won't match up to the ones before it, in terms of raw epicness in story telling, soundtrack, multiplayer and much more. As well in terms of the nostalgic feelings and memories we had to the ones before it as well.

Not just for cod, but for gaming as a whole. By the time ghosts came out, studios were getting lazy, and micro-transactions began to take hold of most games. By 2014, almost all was lost with only few games standing as beacons of hope. Now, we have to buy a red dot sight reticle for $5.

Activision ruins remasters with transactions. If there is a remaster, it won’t be as fun as it was in 2012. The community’s mostly gone, and they’re the ones who made the game enjoyable. No one mics up anymore, kids are too much of snowflakes to talk, too much of little bitches. It’s all gone

I don't think there would be any remaster as the game (cod bo2) still looks good. There was literally so much overhype for mw2 remastered and guess what?
