They're not going to patch blackscreen spots as the whole point of them is to prevent your character from getting stuck and not being able to get out. The reason why some black screen spots get patched (the ones in the PL hideout) is because those blackscreen spots don't return you to your boat, they teleport you above the PL hideout and next to arena rock. However the blackscreen spots shows here in this video aren't a teleporting glitch, they're an intentional part of the game.
More of a convenience than anything. Rather than having to swim the 10 seconds to go find a mermaid, just jump into a crevice and instantly black screen. It’s just a quality of life improvement, and saves a couple seconds
Hey, i'm trying to learn by heart most of these spots juste for fun and speed. Could you update the descriptoon or put a comment for new goldensand when the construction will end? And if someone knows a spot 2 on it rn could you share please :3
Hello there, and loving the content! Super quick question which may or may not become a decent guide. Do you have any decent tips for the actual aiming for cannons? I and many struggle with longer range naval combat, so it could be nice to learn to get better distance shots.
I’m currently making an all inclusive: “Helmsman” guide. And I will be creating a Main Cannon guide that will answer some questions you’ve been having. However 1 tip that I can give you now is that it’s better to shoot too high rather than too low. If you shoot too low then the water will just eat the cannonball, and you can’t really tell how much higher you need to readjust. However if your shoot too high, you can more easily see where exactly your cannonball is going, and you can better readjust in order to hit their boat. And if you shoot too low then you’ll definitely NOT hit their ship. But if you shoot too high, you have a chance at hitting their masts and knocking them down. But I’ll be making a Main Cannon guide soon, come join my discord so you can vote on the poll for whether I should make a BILGE, FLEX, or MAIN CANNON guide next.
