I have used Black seeds every day in the morning n night one teaspoon nothing has happened. I use it every day with other seeds too. I feel better my hands n feet was numb now I feel much better . Numbness is less praise God 16 yrs Diebetic

Sir its my personal experience with kalonji(black seeds) I had been suffering of hypothyroidism for past 10 years ,my TSH level was about 105 n used to take 100mg thyroxin tablets, later as per I was adviced to I just stopped poping tablets and started eating black seeds empty stomach without washing my mouth , chewing it n drinking warm water , u believe it or not its been nearly 10 months my thyroid level is normal and I get it checked for every 3 months since I have started consuming black seeds thyroid problem did not recurr , ...its really magical!! Even today its a part of my daily routine that I chew pinch of kalonji empty stomach
Doctor it helps a lot in constipation and bad tummy . I have been using it a lot for my toddler and it is really helpful in many ways. As long as you use the black seed oil with a good honey it really gives the best use.
I started taking it and I have to say my sleep is better and I am not feeling sluggish when I wake up in the morning. So far I have had no reaction. I take one teaspoon in the morning with peppermint oil and one in the evening with juice.
Taking with peppermint oil is unheard of but as long as it's working for you. The prescribed way is with honey. Also for energy you can take with cold juice and to relax you take with warm tea. Can be used in so many ways.

What about its effect on Serotonin levels in the brain? My concern centers around the possibility of inducing Serotonin Syndrome after consuming BSO - over a span of time - and a possible build-up of Serotonin in the brain. Thank you! My only concern is that black seed oil thins the blood, and I take warfarin for afib. I'm thinking, though, that if I were on a regular, steady dose of black seed oil that my warfarin dosage could be adjusted accordingly. I'll need to check with the staff at the Coumadin clinic.

I noticed anytime I take it I mean the crushed black seed with warm water I feel weak and wants to sleep....but I see some changes because I sleep well and my blood sugar goes down

I'm using black seed oil daily for the past 6 months. I started using it because I read that it's effective in fighting the common allergy that comes during springtime (don't know the english name), which I suffer from since puberty (now I'm 36). This was the first spring (and summer) where I had NO allergic reaction whatsoever and I've spent more time outside that ever. No side effects, no reactions... Matter or fact, I've had no illness at all, which was impossible before that because I have 2 children in Kindergarten and they bring all kinds of illnesses home every month literally. So, on my personal example, the biggest "side-effect" of BSO is the absolute strengthening of the immune system. As an added plus, try using BSO with one soup-spoon of honey (organic of course) - combined with some daily basic physical activity. I started doing that since august. Now in september/october everybody's having a cold, I'm surrounded by people who all walk around with a wet nose and sneezing all the time.. and my nose is as dry as it gets, feeling healthy and good.
Black seeds amount should be proper like we should use only 7,9 or 11 with honey that is the way we told by Islamic studies. This should be used in empty stomach. This will suit to every one.
Hi! Seems you are not replying often here. But would like to hear what about Kidney & liver side effect. My local BSO brand suggests to take 5ml (1teaspoon) but many suggest to take 2.5 ml . I been taking it 5ml for some months for cholesterol and now i am kinda panicking about my kidneys /liver . Is that really safe for kidney. I actually also found its good for kidneys and liver as well.

OK, please answer this question. If your blood pressure is naturally low normal and you suffer occasional postural hypotension, will black seed oil lower your blood pressure more? Or does BSO have a normalizing effect rather than a lowering effect?
It is advised that if you suffer from low blood pressure that you should not take it. It lowers blood pressure naturally. So you don't need your blood pressure to be to low.

Make tea and drink. No side effects it will help you a lot. Drink empty stomach. Take 2cups of water+Ginger,+half lemon into pieces.boil then for 7mts. Strain into glass add honey and drink it.

It lowers blood sugar, all symptoms (headache etc.) are related to it. I have low blood sugar but I still take it mixing with natural honey... It does not make constipation, it helps to solve constipation
