I started doing everything you’re teaching after converting to Islam last year and feel amazing to have science keep renewing my faith about our teachings even before science.
This oil is absolutely amazing. My horse has numerous warts all over his face and the vet said there was nothing I could do about it. Every year for 20 years I covered the warts with a mask because the flies causes them to bleed profusely. I read about BCSO and started him on one tbsp 2 times daily. In six months his warts were gone! I’m betting if I had given him more they would have resolved faster but I couldn’t find any information if BCSO was safe in horses. I’ve used it on a chicken who had a tumor on her eyelid and it was gone in two weeks. I’m simply blown away with this oil! My family and friends have been using it for years now.

Many people have told me it works topically but because it was so close to her eye I thought I’d try internally first. It seems to be working! Dr berg did videos on Vitamin B1 deficiency plus the others..up to b12, deficiency seems related to,fibromyalgia lupus etc. I took Benfotiamine a fat soluble form of B1 which is much more effective. Also will enter brain to help.

I just found out this is nigella seed . I used to eat black sesame seed powder with hot water and honey in the morning to fight corona . It helped a lot . It has zinc and Iron which helped in vertigo ( I felt during corona infection ). Please note the zync need Vitamin c for better absorption in the body.
Don't know if you misunderstood, but if you did the video is talking about a different kind of seed. Black seed is called the nigella seed. It's not the same as a black sesame seed. Anyways nice of you to share your experiences here

Just be careful with DMSO because it can act as a carrier for stuff you do not want, so be sure it does not come into contact with any household chemicals. Be sure you wash your hands wells and do not let anything touch the areas to which you applied it till you have flushed that area.

Be sure to keep it away from the eyes and be sure you are only using the DMSO in conjunction with anything you want to penetrate your skin. Always do your due diligence and research, there are entire communities on how to use DMSO and effective uses as well as what to avoid. I would start with doing a Google search for "DMSO uses and protocols" GL!
Hello same question I have inflammation of the skin on my face a dark discoloration that’s keeps spreading from the side of my face to the back of my scalp I think it’s inflammation so I wanted to try this
DMSO should be used very carefully as it powerful and whatever it might come in contact with will be deeply absorbed. We used it on our horses with additional liniment for leg bone and tendon stresses. Was enormously effective but we had to use it with care. Wish I had known about black seed oil then, too.

The seeds look like tiny cubes whereas black cumin is longer and thinner - which is also a good seed that gives the body vitality and in traditional Chinese medicine, it is used for even reversing grey hair. When looking for the black seed, search for Nigella Sativa to get the right one. You can Google pics of both seeds to see the difference in appearance. Hope that helps

I've been taking Black seed oil for years, it works and I sleep better...I recommend mixing it with organic honey...I use a large spoon, I put a teaspoon of BSO & then fill the rest of the spoon with the honey followed by a drink of water.

The flavor is horrible. I tried to mask it in a bowl of yogurt and then it just ended up tasting like a bowl of gasoline. Best to just take the teaspoon straight and get it over with.
Any plant or seed oils that are processed with heat and solvents are poison to us. Black seed oil is usually prepared by cold pressing or other non toxic processes. Always check when buying any oils, how they are extracted and bottled, and organic wherever possible.

I had a skin condition where I had spots on hands which were like growths that I could feel with finger. They were there for years. One day I applied black seed oil to it and the next morning I felt some reduction. I couldn't believe it so I applied it the next day too. Most these details of marriage would already be figured out because the structure of society (dynamics between men and women) was built around the Islam. I’m not saying it’s right or wrong but all actions are judged by their intentions. I’d like to think fathers & brothers would want the best for their daughters & sisters. It’s hard to wrap your head around such a young marriage year but don’t get caught up in the literal. Black sesame seeds can also help to cure osteoporosis if you have a couple of spoonful each daily (after fried and then grinded like coffee). But got to be persistent and taking about 2 years before it sees the result!! Not sure if Dr Berg agrees! :)

Ive been using blackseed oil for my gums and teeth twice a day, apply it topically to my ears for flakey skin, my penis for balantitis and warts on my testicles, hemaroids on my anus, toe nail fungus and athletes foot which has worked well after several weeks constant application. I also have the 1 teaspoon pf seeds in my porridge every day and i carry some on me to chew when i have heart inflammation. The wart is depleting, the ballantitis has disappeared, no more plaque growth on my teeth, they are stronger and my gums have stopped bleeding, my athletes foot has disappeared, my toenails are all stronger and better colour, my heart soothed down when i need to take seeds so overall my health is so much better after 2 weeks, its fantastic !!!!

Hello doc Eric , Saw your informative video on B12 deficiency and I found have been suffering from most of the problems of b12 deficiency . I give/get black seed oil for my son as a preventative measure..My son is now 18 and was forced chemo for over 3 years, we had no choice otherwise the big pharma system would have taken custody .. He had T cell Lymphoma/Leukemia with a 12cm×12cm mediastinal mass suppressing his airway and heart. He also had IJV thrombosis and went into anaphylactic shock and still has peripheral neuropathy. Now he has completed chemo and port removed and forever! He had a CT scan and still has an "unknown" 1 inch in the mediastinal region. However he has a choice now and he doesn't want to ever go back to having to do that... Does anybody have any suggestions for preventive therapy for any of his conditions? Thank you!
