Like it, always looking for new ways to cook tautog, my favorite fish, mostly s+p then bake with lemon and butter with Ritz cracker crumb, white wine if fancy lol. Like baked scrod but idk if that's a RI dish? Also makes a great fritter👍, going to make this Friday, grandkids will love it, tyvm
