3D fluid reveal? More like “That was cool, for real!” Thanks for sharing.

Such a cool effect! I wouldn't have thought of using the surface force like that. Gotta try this out sometime.

This is awesome! Thanks so much. I do have a quick question. How do I turn the GeoNode into a mesh and or bake the animation to bring into UE?

I'd love to see a thorough deep dive into Flip Fluids. Most of the videos on RU-vid have music instead of narration.

Thanks William. I’ll discuss this with the team and see if we can put a more in-depth series together

this rocket`s model is clean at start but on end it is distorted. How to return fluid sim to the original object?

hey great video! everything works, but my textures is messed up after the sim. is there any way to get it back to how it was?

I'm not sure what could have caused the texture issues after the sim. For the whitewater materials make sure to apply a 'set material' node in the geometry node setup OR if you are not using GN there is a material selection in the fluid object properties

could you create a serum that penetrate the skin, the aninmation is serum drop liek a water drop like the old and common commercial then the liquid turns to crownsplash then spread across the skin in circle then absorb by the skin?

Using the tutorial series as a whole and a few other fluid tutorials on our channel (+ RU-vid in general) you should have the tools to experiment with this effect on your own. Good luck!

@Pixel Planet Studios at the 8:11 mark you click the (Lifetime) box and i see 2 options popping up. Those options are not available to me. Did i miss something or is there a way to fix it?

Hello! Did you enable the developer tools in the addon preferences, and bake the simulation with the whitewater lifetime attribute selected? (See 5:48 in the video)
@PixelPlanetStudios

Be sure to use the most recent stable version of the addon as well

@@PixelPlanetStudios Thanks for the quick reply. I actually got the options to pop up by simply setting up the rest of the geometry nodes then coming back to it after.

I think I followed this like 4 times and stayed from scratch, I can't seem to reproduce this tutorial in v4.0

I could swear I followed every step but my liquid is stiff and doesn't produce not even a quarter as much as bubbles as yours? What could be the problem? The force field? World settings? Any leads would be highly appreciated
@PixelPlanetStudios
@PixelPlanetStudios Год назад
To increase the whitewater emission you can play with the world scale size (domain) as well as the emission rate options under whitewater tab (domain)
