This is an advanced Blender 2.92 tutorial which demonstrates how to create an Arc Reactor for 3d printing. It's also good to practise with the boolean modifier and the spin tool.
If anything is unclear, feel free to ask and write a comment.

OUTSTANDING!!! And thank you ~SO~ much for demonstrating how you fixed that boolean anomaly! I've been struggling with that crazy gut-wrenching thing, from the very 1st time I tried using that modifier! (From 2.7x through 2.9x!) And yours is the first and ONLY tutorial I've seen, where someone even shows and/or talks about it... ~FAR~ less, teaching ways to try and fix it! Even including the Blender docs!!! I knew others had to have seen it! But most just ran from it, and avoided talking about it. The rest of this is great too! Very well explained, especially the details of using the Spin Tool, and explaining the .stl export settings! wow. Nice. But that one fix, made this for me, the best-of-all-time Blender instruction video, of ALL time!!! Thank you, thank you THANK YOU!!! _()_

I think I figured out the reason the booleans sometimes do that weird thing. when you do 4 copies and 360 degrees, you are technically duplicating the first one and it's sitting exactly on top of it, meaning you end up with 5 total copies. i ran into this too when creating a model (following all your handy tips!), and instead i reduced the copies to 3 and then did a 270 degree rotation and the booleans worked perfectly with no weird duplicates or issues. hope that helps (although, you might have figured that out by now). 👾

Hey Ryan! Thanks for your tip. It's been a while since I've did some 3d modeling but I will give your solution a try when I stumble into that problem 😊

At approx. 3:10 in the video you indicate that you need to ensure the angle of the over-hang is less than 45-degrees...but I failed to see how you determined what the angle was? Thank you for your time and assistance.
