Over the last couple years there have been a lot of changes for me. I’m over halfway through getting an AAS in accounting (lots of learning new things there 😆). The biggest changes have been being diagnosed with two different diseases 6 months apart last year (ADPKD, which apparently I was born with, and RA), and being proactive about making even more changes and staying positive. It’s been a challenge, but most days I feel strong and capable. I don’t know what my future holds, but today is a good day.
My brain is so engaged. I believe growth and even happiness are tied to our ability to adapt to the changes life throws at us. Thank you for all of this. Also, I love that you say "start flexing" in change. The definition of Flex is "Bend without breaking". The slang definition of Flex is "to show off or boast". I'm going to use both definitions while navigating change.
@@BillRRitchie Stay strong Bill, it never goes away but it does become manageable. October 1 she would have been 45 this year .. and another big change for me this year my weekly riding bud .. he will never ride again but he is still alive .. Reinventing ones self after an unexpected change can get a guy down so keeping positive is a must do .. one of my hobbies is creating and editing videos, keeps my mind active. A guy must have things to do or you will go crazy. I do share your channel with all my FB friends, I think people out there need this type of content. Thanks again, be cool, be kind.
Bill can you send me a link to your 1st video? I have a friend whose husband of 61 years passed away a couple of months ago. I would like to share these with her.
