Thanks Coach! This is exactly what he did to me, proposed to me 💍 and all. Then suddenly dumped me, saying “he’s done.” He doesn’t want the ring back. Now I’m stuck in the healing process recovering from him. I want nothing to ever do with him again.😢😢 Thank you so much.💔

I feel bad for not being able to help her, I thought I would be the man she opens up to and trusts. I loved her with everything I had and treated her with nothing but love and respect. A few tiny speed bumps in the relationship and she completely blew everything out of proportion and would verbally attack me and my insecurities... She broke up with me like it was nothing even though I was the only person in her life she spoke to at all. She gave no explanation but just left me in the dark like I meant nothing to her. Yet I'm the one who's feeling guilty and bad for not being there for her more or being able to make it work.

I am from Berlin...Germany. I wanna thank u from my heart for ur explaination. I felt a lot what u said. Now, i have my answers to his behavior! I felt really bad. We had such a wonderful time...i cared a lot about him and all of the sudden after a really wonderful evening and night ( really special with so many feelings) he discarded me with no reason. I am a real strong person, but it took my power for some time. I read a lot about fearful Avoidants...but how u discribe all that with ur examples helps so so much more to understand and to let go the pain! THANK U SO MUCH FOR THAT RYAN. Many greetings from Berlin...Peace for all of us!!❤

Yes this is quite hard to recover from. There is a small part of me that still feels sorry for him but the lack of self reflection and being so disconnected from your emotions and quite frankly your own soul is quite shocking. I am older and I knew nothing about this and unfortunately many older single people have personality disorders, that’s why they are single ! I did draw the line in the sand and he did run and I did hear all those excuses that made no sense.

It does not only affect romantic relationships but platonic ones too. I have a female friend that bolted when our friendship started feeling too close. She was like a daughter to me and the emotional pain has been brutal. I'm currently no contact.

COACH … you are spot on!thank you. I’m sorry to everyone that is experiencing this pain I’ve been through multiple critical incidents and have PTSD . Mine GHOSTED after 8 years … no “just/reasonable cause”. Either she monkey branched , as a lot of people do…. Or she is a true dismissive avoidant and was fearful because she told me ahead of time was unworthy of my love about a month before she vanished. This is in the top 5 of most painful incidents I’ve experienced. I’ve been in NC do 9 months and deleted all my social media . I’m pummeled

If they were treated bad as a kid, then why did my ex run back to her family after the discard/breakup and started posting more pictures of them together? Comfort, familiarity?
@CoachRyanH
@CoachRyanH Месяц назад
It’s not always that they were treated badly. They just weren’t shown much emotional nurturing or affection. It’s a lack of emotional availability from the parents.

@CoachRyanH Thank you for responding Coach Ryan. Would a good example of a lack of emotional nurturing and affection be ignoring the other person when the person's who's talking to them while having a serious conversation? That happened a lot in my exs' family. It still hurt to see her post pictures of them together after the discard at concerts when she complained about them all the time and asked me how to communicate with them, to then cheat on me then said we need time and space.

This can happen out of simple normal post-modern default narcissism. Doesn't take avoidant attachment type.

Question: Do avoidants try to make you jealous on purpose? Even if you are just acquaintances or friends? Idk why but I sensed something off when he two times mentioned how he cares a lot about another female. Idk but why mentioning this to me?

Create a tribe-society where children are not doomed prisoners of their manipulative narcissistic emotionally frigid loser parents, but have many safe, loving and wise adult role models. Emotional and intellectual diversity; pluralism.
