I think when tickets were released initially, Friday was the first show, so arguably the punters snapped up all the tickets. They then released a second show (the Thursday, the day before) which probably had more casual fans snap up tickets who wanted to go… hence the Friday crowd may have been ‘better’ (more punters) than the Thursday crowd (more casuals) Despite this, the crowd I meant was quiet for this song, probably still learning the new music!!
This right here was the biggest mistake the promoter made, especially because the band was so affected by it. They were like WTF THIS IS OUR FIRST SHOW IN AUS AND THE CROWDS DEAD 9th was a great show but! I think Turpentine is a great song but it seems to have resonated with the North/South American fans alot more than us down here. But that might just be my vibe.

Actually wasn’t the debut. They debuted the song the night before on the 8th. I know. I was there 👍 I bet that pisses off everyone that saw it on the 9th…which is probably why you’re lying about it here.🤘
