I’m 62. Punk broke when I was 16. While I enjoy a wide range of music, punk will always be my touchstone and North Star. This is a fabulous cover and I loved the jangly addition of the Rickenbacker. DO NOT STOP!
You’d have to be this old to afford a Ric these days. Musicians Friend is too embarrassed to even publish their prices, always says “Call For Price…” Great job though by these young men.
@@jackhaugh I actually own a gorgeous Rickenbacker bass (Fireglo) and a black electric semi-hollow body Rickenbacker 12-string. All the Ric’s are stunningly beautiful!

I once meet a woman that was 84 years old, she said John I want to tell you about getting old. I said ok. She said the you that is inside of you will as be you, it's the outside that changes, inside I am 40 years old, outside I am 84. Your body betrays you. Im 61 and still jam like you guys. Inside I'm 25. Keep up the Jam, it will keep you young and that is the only way to be. Someone asked Clint Eastwood how he does what he has always done, he said I don't let the old man in. That is the key to youth. Keep moving because anything in nature that sits, rots. Metal rust, aluminum oxidizes, boards warp, and so will we.

I'm a 67 year old rhythm guitar player still jamming and occasionally gigging. I always joke that the younger guys will get the bras and I'll get the false teeth. I'd jam with these guys any day of the week!

Growing up a huge Ramones fan I can honestly say I think Joey, Johnny, Dee Dee, Marky. Elvis, Ritchie, CJ and Tommy would all be proud that these guys are giving this one helluva run through. WTG guys. Really cool.
