Hannah , you put us Brits to shame . Two inches of snow in London , and everything grinds to a halt because the pansies can't handle such " extreme " weather . But look at you , nothing deters you : blizzards , knee deep in snow , sixty mile per hour winds , and you're still smiling , still have a spring in your step , and still cooking pizza in the middle of it all . I remember last year you were cooking beside a twelve foot high wall of snow . What spirit .

My dear Dr. Hannah, what have you got for me today? PIZZA, my favorite! The first pizza may be a 6 out of 10 but I give you a 10 out of 10 for determination and perseverance in the face of adversity. Truck camper snow build…you have my attention. Mother Nature really did a great job on the mountain, so pretty! I’m captivated by the fisheye view at the 11:36 mark. The camp site looked very peaceful with the snow coming down. A great spot to just sit, relax and enjoy the moment.

Glorius! We made homemade pizza last night, homemade dough, pepperoni, canadian bacon, italian sausage, Carek's Roslyn Pepperoni, black olives and mushrooms, followed by some Bob Ross on the tube!

Gorgeous snowy mountain scenery! The led lights on that truck are fantastic!! Really light up the area surrounding it.

Little tip, when you park in an isolated area always try to face nose of vehicle towards the exit path. Best for emergency exit, get towed/winched out, dead battery jump. Another tip, get a welding blanket and toss it in your truck. Good to protect a surface you put a burner or oven on and can cover to maintain temp without having to blast burner. Easily foldable for storage. Also a wind block.

Hannah, you need a winch on that truck with an extra 100ft extension cable. I grew up in Lake Tahoe and i can honestly say im one of the best drivers in the snow in the world, so im going to share a huge secret with you. get a few bags of cat litter and keep them in your truck youll never be stuck in the snow again. Kevin ps of course you dump the cat litter under your wheels to free you up. you should do that in one of your videos to show your viewers

Gotta love this part of the country.. last week the weather was nice enough to go for a motorcycle ride, this week we’ve got a foot of snow. Sure is nice to live in a place where we get some real winter to experience, but it doesn’t actually persist ALL winter. Well, except for last year!

Hanna. Looks exaclty where I live. It’s negative 6 right now outside. Snow covered roads. Absolutely love it. Fire is going and the kids ( my dogs) are sleeping next to the fireplace. We have search and rescue training tommorow and taking the snowmobiles out and building shelters and what not. Keep warm Hanna. Love to see ya up here in Washington state. Ya have to visit Leavenworth Washington too. Amazing town😀

Hannah, once your ooni gets up to max temp, turn the flame down to low when you put the pizza in. It'll help with burning.

Doc I can't believe you cooked pizza out in a blizzard! Twice!!!😂👍👏🏻

I'll apply for your sous chef position. 😂 Hit me up, next time I'm out I can school you. The problem with the Ooni you have in the cold, no door. The side near the opening stays too cold, while the fire side is too hot. Thus, burning like you experience unless you rotate the pizza constantly. The trick is, to add a door with a little vent at the top of the door. Ooni makes some with doors. The door helps the oven heat evenly. Honestly, the best cold weather outdoor pizza cooker I use is a kamado style grill. Evenly heats all sides of the pizza while heating the stone from underneath for a crisp crust. They're a bit more work, but worth it.

The Appalachians every year or the extremes of the Great Lakes. I've been to Sweden a decade ago and its dark enough where the sun barely makes it over the horizon sure was dreary to a visitor that people live that every year got to be tough on the elders.
