How come blockchains aren't being used for voting?

Never has any centralized government or currency actually advanced the state of mankind. That is how I know blockchains will be the future. It has always been the de-centralization of ideas that has advanced humanity forward; 2000 years ago it was Christianity, the idea that God loved everyone equally. Then it was the Renaissance, which decentralized art and philosophy. Then it was the enlightenment, saying that every human has God-Given rights to a good, free life on earth. Then we shift to the internet which is a de-centralization of education and knowledge. Now it's blockchain.

Just because an application is in block chain doesn’t make it better, users care about the responsiveness of an application, how fast it is and what it does for them . For most application a centralized solution will trump over a decentralized one . Why would you want to have a decentralized store app , a decentralized streaming platform like nerflix or Amazon , a decentralized ticket application, a decentralized enterprise application that processes your taxes , a decentralized Uber , to compare this with the waves like web or mobile is ludicrous

The less traditional finance gets it the better for us all, get in and start learning this is everyone's chance for financial freedom and being part of the next technological, financial, social, legal, and commercial revolution

I wonder how sustainable would be Blockchain, in decent scalable quantum computing ecosystem.
