My first Blondie concert was in1983. I just got to see her in March 2023 in Fort Lauderdale. My husband surprised me with third row tickets that was the best surprise of 2023. I ❤️Blondie. I had a blast!!!

Deborah is absolutely amazing. Think about your average 78-80 year old and the health and mobility problems they may have and here is Debbie Harry strutting around the stage with confidence, grace, and total attitude. Its incredible and very inspiring! She is a LIVING LEGEND.
@@andrewbocho3896 79. Debbie Harry - Wikipedia Deborah Ann Harry (born Angela Trimble; July 1, 1945) is an American singer, songwriter and actress, best known as the lead vocalist of the band Blondie
Oh do be quiet Mike. How does that language effect you or anyone else on a comments section to a ROCK concert? Stop being such idiotic prude. Let me guess… you’re religious too.
I love this video!! I've watched Debbie perform since the mid 70's. She is one amazing woman! I'm glad that she's not performing in wigs.Thank you for sharing this video!!
She’s still a beauty and what a dynamic group of band members. Stylish Handsome males led by a stunning beauty with an incredible voice. It’s a win. ❤Blondie.
Too bad she ended up breaking (ugh) rap, instead of rock chicks. Aside from the Go-Gos(with watered down not very rocking hits),, Garbage, Pretenders, Benatar and Hole, not many of the others she led to did very well in the US , eg X, Missing Persons, Bow Wow Wow, Altered Images, Divinyls,Romeo Void, Josie Cotton,The Avengers, Bonnie Hayes,Concrete Blonde, Trans Vamp, Elastica, Kim Wilde, and The Primitives. Even Liz Phair and L7 said Debby was an inlfuence. But I am glad for all the other chicks in rock she led to. So many great memories! It was a golden era for rock chicks, something that will never happen again. Debby wasnt an influence for lousy dance music chick (yuck) Madonna Sadly the brillant Donna Summer would have to be the influence for that a--hole.
@@bassb450 I agree. Some entertainers who were great at one time, miss the adoration in the spotlight. It would serve them better retire so as to be remembered at the top of their performance.
People going on about age. Some people in their 30s for example are in dreadful condition. Age shouldn't be of importance, she is gorgeous and the band is great 🎸
Debbie Harry is Iconic and the Greatest Of All Time. At 78 years old, she has seen and done everything. And no matter how she vocally sounds, she can still rock with the best. Also, Blondie all together are an amazing group. Thanks Raul, for the download.
"No matter how she vocally sounds"? She sounds different than the 1980 Debbie Harry but different isn't worse. She sounds great. I would've thought the refrain on "Rapture" would be beyond a 78 year old rocker. She nailed it.
Blondie, always so unique. An extraordinary band, so many timeless hits. Fabulous rock to the bone Clem, Glen and the young musicians playing outrageously great...speechless by still beautiful talented Debbie Harry . A real rock queen!
Motley Crue plays to a track at their live shows. Debbie got them by almost 20 years and she's out there playing live. Goes to show you who the tough guys really are in this world...
Blondie, you look great, you sound great, and you ARE great. You were so much a part of my life and always will be. Just look at the size of this audience!! A fitting tribute to the size of your talent👏👏
@@LaughingStock_ good thing no one cares about nobody like u on rhe internet. fans like to see them live especially the new younger fans like me. if u don't like it it's va YOU problem.
Why? Common sense. Her decision to try to rock at 78 reflects a lack of wisdom. The Rolling Stones are guilty of this as well as are quite a few hangovers from the 1970s, e.g., Rod Stewart.
Unbelievable, I was an 8 year old boy sitting in front of a black and white television when I saw and heard Blondie for the first time with the hit Denis and I immediately fell in love. Now I'm 56 and in love again.😂
La mejor, Debbie, qué canciones!! Me falta "One way or another", de 1978. Pero es que son tantas y tan únicas ❤❤❤. La mejor época de mi vida, su banda sonora ❤❤❤
For all those in comments who count years and write about age... youth is not to be measured by years but by health and spirit. Debbie is blessed with a good amount of both, luckily for all of us :)
How many women you know can still look this good and move like she does at 78. Met her once in a jewelry store that I was remodeling the store front in New York in the mid 80’s. Great lady
Debbie Harry is still great but Madonna now is total crap. My daughter left the Madonna concert after a half hour because it was so bad. When she went to see Blondie she loved it !
Blondie are not only a short singles radio show band. They ate certainly a live band too, with powerful guitars, and Clem's new wave drumming! And, of course Debbie's individual and excellent VOCALS. Sometimes bands have to be around for ever to gain the exceptional recognition they deserve!
Glen Matlock on bass is insanely cool. Effortless. And, just think if he hadn't been kicked out of Sex Pistols for Sid, who knows how much further the band would've gone. They would've been CLASH worthy. Oh well. Blondie won out getting him.
@@uv77mc85 It was mostly Rotten and McLaren because he looked to 'poppish'. You can see it in the old pics in his dress and hair. But the guy was a huge part of their songs and sound. They dumped talent for a no talent junkie. Dumb kids are still enamored by the ridiculous Sid image, but really don't get crap about the music.
Couldn’t have said it better myself..I left my comment above..I would go back to my youth in a heartbeat, iconic music & times..I just turned 60..bittersweet it is indeed but at least we were there at the height of it all & lived the dream ❤️🔥🤘
79 this July 1st, beautiful and so talented, Blondie has spanned so many years but are still remembered as one of the best artists of the 70’s 80’s Legends ❤

Genial Debbie!! Fiel a su esencia de cantante !! con letra mayúsculas .. en vivo sin play back a sus 78años! BLONDIE LA MEJOR BANDA DEL TODOS LOS TIEMPOS..
Blondie forever the badass !!!! Debbie Harry you changed my life and continue to influence me as a performer, singer, badass! Trailblazing for the rest of us. Respect 🫡!!
