That's correct. Many builders do not include the features you see in the model homes. I just want to disclose upfront as many viewers believe "what you see, is what you get" in these model homes. Later to find out that you will need to pay much more for your home.
If I could afford a Blue Heron home, I would only get it if it was located right on the lake front like the one in the video. I have seen videos of other Blue Heron homes located up the hill. The views are just looking down at your neighbor.
