This looks amazing! How long will the cake be good for? I’m wondering about the filling-it doesn’t need a layer of BC before you add the fruit? I was traditionally taught to layer the BC first like a barrier, I wasn’t actually ‘taught’ that, I’ve learned from reading, online tutorials, etc. that’s why I ask 😉 I’m a big fan of your style and work!
