Oven
Crust _ 150℃ / 302℉ for 15min
Cake _ 165℃ / 329℉ for 50min ~ 55min
Ingredients (Ø18cm round tin) _ Cup(200ml) & Spoon(15ml) _ g
* Some ingredient is not exactly same with that you measure ‘g’. But, I hope it will be helpful to you guys♥
● Crust
cake flour 1 cup | 100g
sugar 3Tbsp + 1tsp | 30g
cold butter about 1/3 cup | 65g (I made mistake in the video, 65g is right)
● Crumble
cake flour 1/4 cup + 2Tbsp | 40g
sugar 2Tbsp | 30g
*oatmeal 1/4 cup | 20g
*If you don't have oatmeal, you can replace with same amount of cake flour
salt 2pinch
cold butter 2Tbsp(=1/6 cup) | 30g
● Cake
butter(room temperature) 1/2 cup | 85g
sugar 1/2 cup | 80g
salt 1/8tsp | 0.5g
egg(room temperature) 1ea
cake flour 3/4 cup | 80g
baking powder 1tsp | 3g
cinnamon powder(option) 1/8tsp
frozen blueberry 2/3 cup | 120g
