* Some ingredient is not exactly same with that you measure ‘g’.

oil 30 (2+1/2Tbsp) g
cake flour 50 (6Tbsp) g
egg yolk 3 ea
vanilla extract 1/2tsp
egg white 3 ea
sugar 45 (3+1/2Tbsp) g
salt 0.5 (1/8tsp) g
● with 4 eggs *Bake it for about 50 min
milk 53 g (53ml)
oil 40 g (3Tbsp+1tsp)
cake flour 67 g (1/2cup)
egg yolk 4 ea
vanilla extract 1/2tsp
egg white 4 ea
sugar 60 g (1/4cup+1Tbsp)
salt 0.5 (1/8tsp) g
● with 5 eggs *Bake it for about 55 min
milk 66 g (66ml)
oil 50 g (4Tbsp)
cake flour 84 g (1/2cup+3Tbsp)
egg yolk 5 ea
vanilla extract 1tsp
egg white 5 ea
sugar 75 g (1/3cup+1/2Tbsp)
salt 1(1/4tsp) g
● with 6 eggs (18 or 20cm square tin) *Bake it for about 1 hour
milk 80 g (80ml)
oil 60 g (5Tbsp)
cake flour 100 g (1/2cup+1/4cup)
egg yolk 6 ea
vanilla extract 1tsp
egg white 6 ea
sugar 90 g (1/3cup+2Tbsp)
salt 1/4tsp
● with 7 eggs (Ø 24cm) *Bake it for about 1 hour( + 5min)
milk 93 g (93ml)
oil 70 g (6Tbsp)
cake flour 117 g (1/2cup+1/3cup +2/3Tbsp)
egg yolk 7 ea
vanilla extract 1tsp
egg white 7 ea
sugar 105 g (1/2cup)
salt 1(1/4tsp) g
● with 8 eggs *Bake it for about 1 hour( + 10 min)
milk 106 g (106ml)
oil 80 g (6+2/3Tbsp)
cake flour 134 g (1cup)
egg yolk 8 ea
vanilla extract 1tsp
egg white 8 ea
sugar 120 g (1/2cup+2Tbsp)
salt 1(1/4tsp) g
