Blueberry Hand Pies | Ep  

Hi Everyone!
Today we will be making easy Blueberry Hand Pies! They are so easy and quick to put together. You will love them!
Recipe:
2- 9 inch thawed pie doughs (I used pillsbury refrigerated pie crusts)
2 cups of fresh blueberries (rinsed and dried)
1/4 cup sugar + 2 tablespoons for top of pies
1- 1/2 tablespoons cornstarch
zest of 1 small lemon
2 teaspoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
1/8 teaspoon salt
Egg wash for brushing pies (1 egg + 1 teaspoon of milk or water)
