Not here, no, but in quite a few marching programs I have seen all over. They kinda get a bad rep. Which is just too bad.

At my high school the kids in the pit were actually just some homeless kids that we stole off the streets and kept in cages... we would just feed them our leftovers and if they didn’t play the music correctly ... well that was 20 lashings and no food or water for two days...
