I also have one, and I never want to go back to an ICE bike. Fully integrated heated grips and heated seat is not that unusual or new, the BMW C650 GT has it since 2012. (I have had one before my CE 04.)
"There's no rear brake." Seriously? Of course there is a rear brake, it is your left lever. Have you never been on a scooter? They all have the rear brake on the left lever. I ride scooters and motorcycles and it takes about 30 seconds to adjust. Please don't tell people there is no rear brake.
The Left lever is the brake lever for both front and rear. The throttle is also a control for regen braking according to setting and the rear wheels drives the electric motor's phase in reverse generating the current and energy back into the battery... so When he was in Eco the regen was breaking to stop like in many electric cars... its going to take some time getting use to this. I am sure that 60 miles range was probably due to test drivers thrashing the jibbies out of the bike scooter .... in this weather in eco mode a good e biker can get above 90 miles in town ... the only problem is why it doesn't have fast charging available then you can use it for weekend jaunt of 150 to 200 miles !!
@@deepsdeepskiski9621 Yeah I get it. I was just reacting to the fact that it does indeed have a rear brake. Anyway I got my CE 04 yesterday and have only put about 25 miles on it so I have not tested it for range quite yet. But I’m having a lot of fun so far
Only 60 miles range? I thought it had 80. 11,000 pounds [it's actually 11,800] isn't bad? And that's without the fast charge or dynamic mode. With those two in for the base price like they should be, and a range of 100 miles, a grey/orange one would interest me as my daily runaround. But not as it is. What did you think the lever on the left bar was? All scooters have rear brakes. Glad you enjoyed the ride.
full batt and 59 mi. what the hay, were's the 80 mi? from FL. USA local dealer has none in stock and doesn't know when any will be. 12:25 i have a yamaha zuma 125 so almost same as this for me, hand brakes only, quiet engine, auto trans, and engine.brake somewhat. still this range is good for me usually 50 mi i am back to house activity completed or tired of riding anyway.
