I'm having a problem with the bar that connect my window mechanism to the actual door, it has come out of place. I do not know if there is a clip or screw or anything else that goes there to hold it in. Any help is appreciated even though this vid is a couple of years old
Mine even w regulator out goes up side ways. It is matter of right (toward hood) track. Biggest headache with this car in 7 yrs. I need my driver side window to open (it's braced up). PLEASE HELP ANYONE!!!!!
hay man i keep have in problems it open closes once or twice but keeps popping out the clip or breaks it i got plenty more new ones but would like some advice
Hey hope you have figured out the issue, but if not loosen the hex bolt on the lower left side of door and adjust it up and down for desired area. That bolt is pretty much the only adjustment you can do, also check if the window is on the tracks, its a pain to check btw.
@@BmwMe-uh9sy Hmm. 2 guides ? I only have 1. the other side sits in a rail and runs up/down but the edge of the window is not in the guide. So the only guide that holds the glass is on the front, nothing on the back. Even the realoem does not show anything. My regulator arm keeps popping out of the bushing. Yes i pushed it in, hard to get it and makes a good clicking noise. Yet when the window goes down, reaches about half-way it pops out. I lubricated everything. the window is in the rubber rail and also lubricated. one thing that moves extremely hard is the bushings in the slider. when the glass popped out, i tried to slide them left/right and needed a screwdriver, they were so hard to move. i put white lithium grease on the rail but still, they are pretty stuck in there.
@@BmwMe-uh9sy It was not the clip. The rail on the front was gummed up and sort of stuck. Also the rear arm needed SMALL adjustments. I kept adjusting it as all the way top or all the way down. It was sort of in the middle where it needed to be. Its a design nightmare.
