Question. I have a 1 series e87 2006 130i automatic. Unfortunately it does not have the paddle gear stearing wheel. Do you guys know if you can easily retro-fit a steering wheel with the paddle gear shifts? Kind regards Gentleman. Mike
Hi mate, whilst watching your video I noticed a recoding configuration for xenon lights, I’ve currently got a e81 118i 2007 with stock halogen headlights and I’ve bought xenon Angel headlights, issue is I’m having a coding issue where the power is unstable causing the low beams to flicker and turn off, any idea if this equipment would be able to code it out?
Did you used to have a video where you coded the ecu using NCS-expert? A team up with George Austers? I'm sure there was but I cant find it. Would love the instructions for doing this with ncs
Hay brother I need some advice. My 2000,528i won't run. I changed the air mass flow, knock sen, cam shaft crank sen, and cleaned to 02 upstream sen but she still won't run on less I in plug the air mass sen. Help. It all started when I had a intake air leak.
Hi! This is such a great video, thank you! Sorry if any of these questions have been answered already, my brain is too overloaded these days to pay proper attention. 1. Got a parts car which had CC, wanted to do a retrofit. My car is a 2006, the parts car is a 2004. The people who could assist with coding said that some wiring MIGHT be necessary. What wiring are they referring to? Taking off my original clock spring, would that cure the potential "wiring" they're talking about, or might something else come up? 2. The parts car has automatic wipers, mine doesn't, but has the rear wiper. The coding people said this wouldn't cause an issue. Just asking to be sure, considering the automatic wipers has the little light next to the button. 3. I only have carly, is this something that could be used to code in/retro fit something like this using expert mode or whatever it's called?

I'd delete the cruise control on my E82 135i if I could. It's one of those gimmicks that I never use. I think cruise control is just stupid & totally unnecessary. I'm glad my BMW didn't come with iDrive or a sunroof. Extra crap that can break & just weighs down the car. I like driving, no cruise control or auto pilot for me.
I have a 2007 msport e87 without cruise control, can I retrofit a steering wheel from a newer (2012) BMW e87 that does have cruise control and get it programmed ? Or is the only option the one with the extra stalk? Thanks

Great video thanks Keep up the good work How about if you have to delete something from the FA. How do you do that. Say delete 540 and add 544. Do you just add 544 and then it will know that you can't have both so it will ask you to delete one of the two.

I thought you had to code KOMBI otherwise you don’t get the cruise control speed indication on the cluster screen? When I did it I missed the KOMBI out cruise control still worked but you couldn’t see the speed it was set to. Coding KOMBI fixed that
This is a 2007 coding the kombi will not show the speed display at all it needs to be manually coded for that option as bmw took it away on LCI cars for cruise control.
Quick question. From my understanding 540 and 544 need the same hardware. Just 544 has braking function. Why didn’t you code in 544 instead of the more basic 540? Not talking active just cruise control with breaking function 544 Edit. Thank you for adding the bit on creader elite. And thank you for recommending that product. Absolutely amazing. Can’t fault it
I cannot code 544 as I do not have the rest of the kit the new cluster , sensors wiring to make it all work so it would be pointless. And it’s not cheap to get that either but if I’m honest I had that on my M135i and it was useless anyway
